Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original Armstrong Cheshire packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are in place to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
